Very well done! So besides the fact that they have "grips" on both sides, it doesn't matter which hand you put them on, they work. Great construction, expected something light but they feel heavy. I've always been a big fan of Ove gloves but these are better day and night. The packaging was well done as they were placed in a plastic bag to protect from moisture. As for the heat test - fantastic. I'm used to gloves from other brands not holding out the heat for long, so I always had to plan out how to take food out of the oven or off the grill. This is not the case, they protect very well and do not transmit heat for a very long time. A handy loop inside so you can hang it up if it gets wet. As with all oven mitts, do not get them wet or use them with hot liquids as they will transfer heat instantly. You've already saved me from a couple of nasty burns pulling food out of the fryer! I love the design which I think would be perfect for Halloween and easy to find! They are easy enough to wash, I just put them in the washing machine. There have been some complaints about the "quality" but it doesn't bother me. Seriously, they're very affordable! If they last a year or more under heavy use, I don't see a problem? Order these gloves instead of something cheaper, you don't realize how much protection you need around your wrists until it saves your flab! :-)
