The ability for my medical group's billing department to view patient information prior to submitting claims is invaluable! This feature allows us to make sure that we are sending accurate data before it goes out into our system.

I wish there were more options available when entering notes as well as being able to add attachments such as X-rays or lab results directly from this screen instead of having to go back through each provider individually to do so. We have been very happy with Plexis thus far - they've always worked quickly to address any issues we had along the way. They also take great care ensuring their staff members receive proper training at least annually which has allowed them to be highly responsive whenever needed.
