Description of PLEXIS Payer Platforms

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Oregon, PLEXIS serves healthcare payer administrative organizations serving over 50 million people in all 50 states and 15 countries. PLEXIS provides enterprise core administration processing solutions to healthcare payers, specialty groups (dental, vision, radiology, etc.), TPAs, delegated risk groups (IPAs, ACOs, MSOs), international insurers, and government healthcare organizations/program administrators. PLEXIS Payer Platforms feature highly scalable, highly flexible and extremely automated core systems for the administration and management of health insurance and delegated risk operations, including group and individual policy administration, benefit plan administration, healthcare claims administration and auto-adjudication, provider and network management, payment contracts and fee schedules (both for providers and carriers), authorizations, capitation, premium billing and reporting.

Pleasant experience from start until finish

I can't say this about any other software. I have used almost every other payer in the industry and I would pick Plexis as my last payer. All of their support people are really friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you are set up for success. Reporting and billing are fantastic! I have a lot of trouble finding problems with the product but I have run into some issues here and there that they have been very good at handling! Don't hesitate to pick Plexis up. This is the…

Great product, really helpful team and excellent customer support

The software is very easy for staff with no previous experience of using an ERP system or payroll management systems as it has been designed accordingly making training quick & simple which saves time! It's also great that they are constantly adding new modules so we can keep up-to date without having too many expensive upgrades required when more complex features have arrived from other providers such high end module developers like Xero / Sage HRMS - however this doesn't always happen quickly

  • Easy way in/out process even through small steps (ease learning curve)
  • Great support team available 24 hours 7 days per week via phone call + email chat services providing fast response times where needed within reasonable amount off downtime during peak periods eithr day& night shifts

  • Not much else really just wish most things were customizable including ability better integration options etc

I like the ability to view the entire patient population and the ability to see the patients that are not receiving the services that they should receive. I dislike how the system is set up. Excellent service when purchasing products

The best part is the ease of use it is very user friendly and you can get everything done using the platform. Also the platform is very stable, it has never been down since i have been using it. I like the fact that there is a lot of features and support is great. The only thing I dislike is the platform is very expensive and you can't get all the features for free. Great experience working together, quick response times

The ability for my medical group's billing department to view patient information prior to submitting claims is invaluable! This feature allows us to make sure that we are sending accurate data before it goes out into our system. I wish there were more options available when entering notes as well as being able to add attachments such as X-rays or lab results directly from this screen instead of having to go back through each provider individually to do so. We have been very happy with Plexis

Great User Friendly System That Helps With Billing

What I like best about PLEXIS is it's ability to track payment flows easily from one department or member to another at my organization - whether that entity be CMS, an HSA-based group, a large non-profit, state Medicaid agency, etc. It also allows us to see what we are spending money on - so if there's someone who doesn't want to pay for certain things then they can say no before anyone else spends their dollars out of pocket.
