Review on PLEXIS Payer Platforms by Chris Santos

I can't say this about any other software. I have used almost every other payer in the industry and I would pick Plexis as my last payer. All of their support people are really friendly, helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you are set up for success. Reporting and billing are fantastic! I have a lot of trouble finding problems with the product but I have run into some issues here and there that they have been very good at handling! Don't hesitate to pick Plexis up. This is the Best! I am using PLEXIS for my payer. it is easy to use and I can't say anything I dislike. the best thing is the reporting and billing. It is very user friendly and I can spend more time doing my job rather than in the office. We have used Plexis for many years now. They are reliable, responsive, quick to implement changes as needed and always willing to help with any problems we may encounter along the way. I would highly recommend them! Nothing really - they've been great! We're solving our claims reporting needs by using their Claims Reporting System solution.
