Review of Optum360 Population Health Management

I like the ability to view the entire patient population and the ability to see the patients that are not receiving the services that they should receive. I dislike how the system is set up. I think it could be a lot more user friendly. I have to search for the information that I am looking for. It is very time consuming.
I would like to see a better system set up. I am looking for a way to see the patients that are not receiving the services that they should receive. I am able to see the entire patient population and the patients that are not receiving the services that they should receive.

There was no downtime during upgrades or changes in software versions.
Ease with which you can add new users into your organization, as wellas monitor their usage across all systems within anorganization (eHR)
Abilityto track access by individualuser through web basedadmin console/portal interface
