Great User Friendly System That Helps With Billing

What I like best about PLEXIS is it's ability to track payment flows easily from one department or member to another at my organization - whether that entity be CMS, an HSA-based group, a large non-profit, state Medicaid agency, etc. It also allows us to see what we are spending money on - so if there's someone who doesn't want to pay for certain things then they can say no before anyone else spends their dollars out of pocket. The only thing I don't particularly care for is how limited the features available within each user account is compared with other Axxis products. If you require robust reporting capabilities this product may not be right for your needs. We've been able to accurately bill members without any manual entry required. This has helped our billing department reduce time spent double checking accuracy of information prior to finalization by members' accounts. We have been given great insight into where resources are being used most efficiently. The ability to have several different accounts and access them from anywhere was one of the best features I liked about using PLEXIS. It's easy to create new accounts for my employees and I love that it allows me to keep track of everything on one platform. It would be nice if they could make more enhancements to the system, but overall I think it's a great product. We can easily access our data from anywhere and we don't have to rely on someone being at their office to do payroll.
