Not up to 66 pounds. More like 40lbs
Definitely not for a child under 66lbs. My 4 year old is a big muscular boy and it barely fits him. I searched and searched for one that would fit under 65lbs and one that fit him so well. When he comes back, he won't be able to enjoy the lake in this one. I compared it to his older brother's 50 pound puddle jumper and this one suited him better.
