The first thing I would like to mention is the quality, sound and appearance of the ringtone, which is second to none, as well as a reasonable price. I'm deducting two stars just because. a) Assembly required a hex wrench (which many would consider a "special tool"). And b) they didn't provide it with the call. So if needed I wouldn't order. I would find one that doesn't require any 'special' tools. The thing is, most items that require "special" tools include them in the product since they literally cost a dime for these companies to "stamp" (mass produce) and deploy. Therefore, I would rather leave my business to a company that pays more attention to these details.
