We got a cat two weeks ago and after a few days we realized we needed a way to keep her food off our 11 pound Miniature Pinscher. Someone at the orphanage mentioned a "hook" so I sought help from Revane and found this. The thing works perfectly. We mounted it with 3m poster hangers because we didn't want to damage the door with screws or VERY sticky looking adhesive pads. That works great! I was concerned as some of the reviews seemed to indicate that as my dog is small it could happen - no chance. The cat fits in perfectly, but the 11-pound dog has no way of getting across the room. Now the cat has a safe place to eat and litter!
