I used these to build a drive chassis for my robot project. They were easily cut using a 100 tooth carbide circular saw blade designed for aluminum and plastics in my 4500 rpm miter saw. (MASTEC 10-Inch 100T Carbide Tooth TCG for Aluminum Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch Arbor from Walmart) Just be sure to clamp the material securely and make sure the cut-off end can't jam ( don't use a length stop as it can jam the cut off piece and send it flying. Found that out the hard way. Measure and scribe your cuts and line them up visually). Be sure to use your safety goggles too!
