I just had a bad experience with Morec, an online retailer that specializes in tools and other supplies for home repair. Although their website is simple to use and they appear to have high-quality products, their shipping and customer service were far from satisfactory. I often experienced delays with my order of electrical cords and adapters, and when I contacted customer care for assistance, I got no response for days. The customer service agent was unresponsive and unpleasant when I eventually received an answer. Even worse, when my order did finally come, some of the items were broken and useless. When I contacted customer service once more, I received more unsatisfactory responses and no answer. Overall, because of their unpredictable shipping and subpar customer service, I would not suggest Morec. Even though their products may appear to be of great quality, dealing with their shipping and customer service is not worth the frustration and disappointment.
