Review on Engagelyee by Aaron Bannister

The platform offers great customer service. I have not had any problems with the support team so far. It's a great tool that helps me keep track of all the conversations taking place within our organisation and it shows exactly what my customers are saying about us. The only thing I dislike is how long the app takes to load. Sometimes I need to wait almost 10 seconds before it loads up properly. There is no way around this though, as the service provides amazing value for money. It allows us to monitor all conversations in real time and provide feedback to our customers much faster than previous methods.
