So far I've tried citrus, raspberry and watermelon and I love them all. I find the flavor profile is good and you can adjust the strength by adding more or less water. I'm a little suspicious of grapesโthink of the "bug juice" (cheap institutional version of Kool-Aid) we made at Girl Scout Camp. LOL If anyone has anything to say about grapes I'd love to hear what you think. I have used both individual packs and tubs. I'm fine with both - no issues with baking etc. Obviously packs are more convenient for travel, wallets etc but tubes are more economical. I'm just trying to think about how I'm going to use it in the near future when deciding what to buy. Our scoop is small enough that I can transfer it into Kombucha bottles without incident (I prefer to drink from glass, even when camping). I really think it would be nice to have a multi flavor pack if you test them out, especially considering the investment. I'm happy with them though, so it's not a big deal. I've tried a few other brands of monk fruit because my mom HATES stevia and I was trying to encourage her to use it. While I like monk fruit (aka lo han guo to Chinese herbalists), I did NOT like the taste of these other brands at all and felt that the quality of the ingredients was definitely lacking compared to them. While I can swallow superior electrolytes with ease, other brands have made me a little hesitant to drink, which totally defeats the purpose. have to see how you react. I haven't monitored my blood sugar or ketones, all I can say is that I feel fine on superior electrolytes as long as I stick to a serving or two a day. Our water is terrible so I often use a ZeroWater filter and add electrolytes to balance removing everything. All in all, a thumbs up from me. Look for the Subscribe and Save option if you want to save some money and take your time. There seem to be many different lists, so browse around until you find your preferred format and flavor. It's worth it. I think this saved my Caister on a 95 degree wildflower walk that was supposed to be 90 minutes but ended up being 4 hours! I was one of the least withered, although I regretted not taking more water with me.
