I first heard about this when a friend of mine recently hosted a Pampered Chef (online) party. Pampered Chef is a well made product but overpriced in my opinion so I searched for something similar here at Revain and found this. I use one for myself and give the other to my son when he goes alone. It's a little harder to clean than a spatula, but I don't mind that because it does an excellent job of shredding any meat I'm cooking at the time. I wish I had found this utensil years ago - it would have made preparing ground beef MUCH easier.
