**EDIT** - The seller was contacted after posting my previous review and did a fantastic job on customer service. They asked about the condition of the pump and immediately sent a free replacement. Sometimes the product spoils, and that is to be expected. We may have received one of these. For now these 3 stars are based solely on their customer service and I will update my rating again if this new pump meets my expectations. I don't usually write reviews but I bought this one because it was larger than the one I had for my turtle. Tank. I bought it on May 8th and it is now August 22nd and now it doesn't work and burns on my breaker. So 3 months and a few days is not worth my money especially when I need it for a sump filter for my turtle tank.
