Power tool parts and accessories won't charge
Drill (BD12PS) won't charge even when plugged in for days; the battery is almost empty. Tried it with 2 different batteries, both work. The charger outputs 12V. There is contact when turning the drill with the charging plug inserted. Update: The seller sent me a replacement unit. Same result. Excellent customer service; I am not adding stars for this because it is a review of _product_; and the product did not work reproducibly in the application where it should. And to be clear: this is definitely not a manufacturer genuine part; This has nothing to do with B&D.
