I have a 2016 Winnebago Itasca motorhome with a Ford F53 chassis (GVW 16000, model 26U) and I have fitted this steering stabilizer. If you only do one thing with the F53 chassis, this should be it. This helped stabilize my steering and reduce road wobble. It is also a safety feature in case of bus breakage. Every motorhome must be equipped with a steering stabilizer from the factory. Roadmaster makes one too, but I went with Safe-T-Plus. I have since upgraded my stock Ford anti-roll bar with a Roadmaster 1 3/4" anti-roll bar (1139-140) and Sumo springs front and rear. Front SSF 184-40-1 and rear SSR 184-40-1. These Combination has dramatically changed the course of my motorhome.Significantly more stable and stable on the road.I highly recommend these updates.Start with the steering stabilizer.I called Safe T Plus and they helped me choose the right one for my motorhome.es There is a bracket kit that is also required and sold separately.
