Steering system Value for money

Recently bought a 2015 Winnebago 27N. This is a Ford F-53 chassis. This improves the driving experience enormously. I'm very glad I have it. Before installing the stabilizer, I recommend performing the alignment.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Interchangeable

Safe-T-Plus - without it, a journey would not be possible.

Just installed on 2019 Winnebego Intent 30R. Driving southwest over some mountains, we encountered a strong cross wind (gusts of 30-40 mph). If we didn't build that in, we'd have to look for a parking space. Doesn't completely eliminate drift, but helps a lot.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Quality

Works as advertised

After 40 years of driving bikes in trailers and saddle bikes we bought a small bus that was 28-29ft long. Executive class driving is so different from truck driving and towing! We've never had a truck/RV but I think rocking and rocking will be similar. We have just returned from a 7,000 mile trip from Tucson to Canada and back, over rough roads and inclement weather including strong cross winds. While visiting friends in Oregon we ordered this stabilizer and the guys installed it. It can beโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

This product is a must have for your motorhome

I have a 2016 Winnebago Itasca motorhome with a Ford F53 chassis (GVW 16000, model 26U) and I have fitted this steering stabilizer. If you only do one thing with the F53 chassis, this should be it. This helped stabilize my steering and reduce road wobble. It is also a safety feature in case of bus breakage. Every motorhome must be equipped with a steering stabilizer from the factory. Roadmaster makes one too, but I went with Safe-T-Plus. I have since upgraded my stock Ford anti-roll bar with aโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Good but not great

The best RV mod I've ever made.

We bought a new Thor 27B in 2018 and drove it about 6,000 miles before I finally bought the Safe-T-Plus. I did my homework before purchasing and chose Safe-T over other brands because of their support and many online user reviews. I installed it myself after watching a few YouTube videos. It took about 2 hours, 1 hour to properly get my RV up in the air and 1 hour to install the unit. I could go without adjustments!. Before you begin, make sure your wheels are aligned and have all parts neutral

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear
