BIG! Installation tips included. it's really just

This was pretty easy to install. quite easy. I'm going to give you 2 tips that will make this setup a breeze. The instructions were clear and the photos were accurate. 1. Obtain a 3/4 to 3/4 elbow to route the included 5/8" hose to the vent hose assembly. There are several people who have written accurately that the hose cannot rotate without twisting and breaking something. Add a small hose to the new nipple and then to the elbow and proceed directly to the existing hose assembly. Incidentally, attaching a 5/8 hose to an existing assembly requires a lot of force. I heated the included 5/8 hose in boiling water to get it over the existing vent hose. You'll see what I'm talking about. 2. Use care when removing the sensor from the old air hose. I cut the tubing around it because it would have ruptured for sure. NOW is the actual installed unit. A SIGNIFICANT SOUND DIFFERENCE. it's like 5.7 hemi WOKE UP. You love it, it sounds like a movie. LAUGH OUT LOUD. I noticed a slight increase in throttle response and power when climbing or overtaking. Not much, but you'll notice. I will do a 2 week mileage test. LOL to people saying that moving to ROAR loses all the extra MGP that there was. That's true, but I'll refrain from seeing if there's really a difference in MPG on my normal daily commute. Keep for updates. UPDATE; There really is no difference in MPG. Of course, if you drive very carefully, your MPG will drop. I didn't notice any MPG increase. TAAAK. It won't give you much horsepower or save MPG. Don't buy it for that. It sounds great and gives you a bit more throttle response when overtaking or at mid to high speeds. These are nuts and bolts. In this sense I am satisfied with my purchase.

Pros
  • ENHANCED ENGINE SOUND: Hear the power under the hood.
Cons
  • Vulgarity
