Review on Polychromos 36 Pencil Studio Set by Teresa Brady

I decided to use an oil base instead of a wax base because I don't like the waxy shine of crayons. I was not disappointed. Wax based pencils don't give me the layered results I want. Before investing in the 120 set, I wanted to make sure I fell in love with them first, which I did. There's a good range of colors here, but not many options for green. I liked the case they came in. They are not in a can but in a magnetized case where the lid opens and the sleeve wraps around it. Great for coloring on the go. Pro tip: I made color swatches on a 4" x 5" piece of paper and keep them in this case so they'll always be there.
