Ordered a size XL for a 5'10" muscular male weighing 180 pounds. They suit his physique very well. They emphasize your forms, which has a positive effect on an athletic physique. I think less if you carry extra weight. Works very well for those with a natural waist and also great for soccer or just hitting the gym on days when you're not training your upper body :)
