Review on 📻 AnyTone AT-778UV Transceiver Mobile Radio: Dual Band 25W VHF/UHF VOX Vehicle Car Radio with Cable - Enhanced Communication and Versatility by Bryan Crayton

Installed this on my truck almost two months ago and love it. It's small (which is what I wanted), but don't let that put you off. This is a fantastic and inexpensive radio for my needs. I use it for 2m/70cm and have not been disappointed. Used with a Nagoya UT-72 magnetic antenna on the roof of a truck. The speaker is loud enough. Extremely easy to program by downloading from Anytone. I wasn't happy with the hook on the mic, so I replaced it with a universal (standard) mic knob. The only thing I don't like (uncritically) is that the first two frequencies are factory set and I can't get rid of them. No matter what I program for the first two channels, the presets come back immediately and you can't remove them from the scan function either. I read that this cannot be fixed, but maybe someone knows how. Overall a great radio. I would definitely buy another one.
