Good reviews must be fake reviewers as it was very thin and very bumpy. If you feel bumps everywhere and run your hand over them, the fibers separate and reveal bare spots. It had a tangled synthetic backing with tiny spots of black glue to stick it on, but it looked like it would tear in the wash due to the poor quality of everything. The worst thing was that after I took it out of the box, there was a layer of wax on my hands. I'm not sure what it was, but I can't imagine it would be good for your health. Bought this for about $20 on sale for my kids room but returned due to all of the reasons above. It might have looked normal from afar, but it would have been something I would have walked past and been constantly reminded that I felt ripped off. I would keep looking.
