Small problems that can be easily fixed. First of all I have to say that it looks great. I mounted mine on a wine barrel rack and then attached the rack to the wall. Everyone who comes comments on how beautiful it looks. The brass finish contrasts nicely with the reclaimed wood and draws attention to it. However, the handle doesn't want to stay in a vertical position and keeps tipping over. Although the bottle opener is hanging parallel to the wall, it just wants to be at the bottom. I solved this problem Another complaint I have is that the wine bottles don't stay in place when opened. When you pull the handle down, you need to hold the bottle in the small plastic cup at the bottom while you pull the handle. This could have easily been avoided by simply adding a bottle neck ring to the bottom of the bottle opener. So, for review, it looks and works well.
