Review on 🏐 Mizuno Elite 9 SL2 Volleyball Kneepad: Maximum Protection and Performance by Jared Tovar

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Snug fitting so they don't move or slip and are great for volleyball. May not be very suitable for yoga, decision not yet made

because I have had knee injuries and they are very sensitive and prone to re-injury. I tore ligaments in my knee when I was younger and now that I'm much older I've found that every impact on my knees causes swelling and then a dull but annoying ache. These knee pads are probably great for volleyball or other similar sports. I can say I've used them a few times for yoga and I really feel like they helped relieve the pressure on my knees, but I wish they weren't so tight. I feel like they pull them up very tight but I think that means they are good and don't move or slide down the leg. However, they are quite narrow and I'm petite at 5ft 2in and 113lbs. Overall I still gave 4 stars because these are really good quality knee pads which I think are best for racquet sports but also good enough for yoga although I think I will only use them occasionally.

Pros
  • Cushioning Pad
Cons
  • Modern
