Pros: very strong. We only use the digit 1 and that is very efficient. The prongs are metal so it doesn't need to be as tight as other collars. It tolerates wet conditions well. The box on the collar is ergonomically designed for the dog, and the remote control has a silicone case (non-removable) and also has a nice shape. Customer service is excellent. We accidentally washed the remote and I asked to buy a replacement. They sent me a new device for free. Been using it for months. Cons - sleep mode. You have to wake him up in 30 seconds to a minute. It's not really a disadvantage since all you have to do is press the power button. The buttons are large, which feels professional, but they're not built-in, making it easy to accidentally hit the shock button. I would appreciate if you could lock the remote with a switch or if there was a wrist strap. You can't toss it in your pocket because of the buttons, a wrist strap would be a very handy addition and the buttons wouldn't be a problem. hp We wash and dry the remote and it still works. It just didn't work lol. It wouldn't turn off, you couldn't change stations, and it went through all shock levels. It was fine because we only needed one horn and it was replaced, but I thought it was a funny anecdote.
