I have used products that claim to be effective and have been disappointed. However, this product is not only in demand but also confirmed by numerous reviews that say the same thing. My review will be another endorsement and support for this amazing product. I drive a 2012 Infiniti G37x and have a service dog with me. Dogs have a way of making a mess, no matter how hard you try to avoid it. This is no exception and will never change. I have a leather interior and I like the comfort. I can't find any seat covers on this car. Of course, the skin takes a hit and gets dirty. I have never been and will never pay anyone to detail an interior unless it is that difficult. I've read the negative comments and can only assume people didn't follow the instructions or take the time to get the job done. My experience with this product has exceeded my expectations and my interior is spotless again. The cleaner was fantastic and on particularly difficult spots I had to use the brush that Chemical Guys offers. The conditioner was no different when you followed the directions and the leather softened and gave a slight shine making everything look new. The car smells like fresh leather, with no overpowering chemical odor or harsh fumes to fight, or residue that's either oily or sticky. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to take care of their leather interior and do a fantastic job of detailing their vehicle. Just follow the instructions as people tend to skip because we know everything.
