I wear them every day. I use them on both ceramic hobs and induction hobs. When I first received them I was very impressed with the packaging. Everything came in its original form - no scratches, no dents. I was very impressed with how they were built. The handles are very thick and economical, the strokes are comfortable in the hand. They are riveted to every pot and pan. The lids are the same, the handle fits the hand very well and the handles are riveted. They are very durable and much heavier than my previous cookware. You must have this in mind when designing as a large pan will have both the long handle you would expect on a pan and a shorter handle on the opposite side so you can lift it easily. two hands. This pan alone weighs over 5 pounds. I have a 3 ply stainless steel set and it works great. It conducts heat very well on my ceramic hob. I also appreciate that all parts have both metric and standard sizes in the pot. This makes it possible to measure large amounts of liquid very quickly and efficiently without the additional use of a measuring cup. I also like that they are universal for any stovetop, but I can also put them in the oven. I like when I cook dishes that need to be sautéed but also need to be in the oven, or something like a frittata. There are five lids and seven utensils. However, two of the five lids are interchangeable between pots and pans. Each utensil can be provided with a lid if required. When I first used this I made the mistake of leaving it in a sink with soapy water overnight. When I washed it out in my sauce the next morning, the pan looked like it had tarnished — it had iridescent stains all over it. I was a little disappointed until I remembered what I had read in the performance manual. Mention was made of how to clean and maintain them and how to polish them with some vinegar or lemon water if they are tarnished. I applied some vinegar water to the sponge and it instantly renewed the opacity without effort or chemicals. I highly recommend reading and following the care instructions for them. This is such a beautiful dinnerware set and definitely durable and I expect to use it endlessly.
