Review on Time Your Cooking Perfectly with the FCXJTU Digital Dual Kitchen Timer - Count Up/Down, Stopwatch, Magnetic Back and More! by Patty Martin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Does its job well

I bought this digital kitchen timer to replace my old kitchen timer which broke one day. TIMERS YOU CAN SET AT THE SAME TIME - You can set the time for each timer for quicker reminders in the future - Easy to use; Instructions are included. Can be attached to the fridge with the built-in magnet or placed upright with the built-in stand. Toggle switch for switching the volume of the sound signal (loud or not very loud). then back - counts up or down. Disadvantages: - no digital numbers; Hr, Min, Sec buttons only - no auto shut off - quite heavy when it comes to sticking to the fridge with a magnet. Overall, this timer does its job and does it well. I'm deducting 1 star for the inconvenience it causes when you want to set something in the 10-50 second range. Want to set a timer for 1 minute 30 seconds? You can press or hold the second button 30 times and it will increase faster (still a minor inconvenience). My old timer had numbers from 0 to 9 and it was easy to set the timer to 1 minute 30 seconds; Just press 1, 3, 0. This timer doesn't have an auto shut off either so I know the battery life isn't lasting as long as it could because I've already left it on for days 3 times. However, I gave the battery life a 5/5 because it still works despite being left on many times. I dock the stars when I find my batteries running low frequently. For the simple task of kitchen timekeeping, this thing gets the job done and has enough luxury features to be an accurate and worthy timer for the price.
