Review on WebQuery by Rick Ross

I like that it's so easy for me as an administrator of our website with many users using this software daily! It is very simple to use yet has all options needed. Nothing in particular about webquery itself but rather how well their customer service handles issues. They were able solve my issue within minutes after contacting them via phone call or email (even though we used chat). The support team goes above & beyond what you would expect from any other product/service provider out there today. We are solving multiple problems at once by allowing employees across various departments easier ways get information they need when needing assistance doing something such as submitting expense reports etc..
