The best light for safety. 5 Stars.

This is the brightest light of all, so it's advised to use with caution. A left-mounted rack absolutely makes a noticeable difference when it comes to getting riders out of the way. I've found the interleaved flash setting to work like magic because psychologically it's like a police flashlight. I only use it where vehicle speeds are constant above 40 km/h or the streets are congested with parked cars. I turn it off on all other roads and bike paths (easy to do by holding the left button for 2 seconds) and use my seatpost mounted Sentinel 250 instead. Each light works fine but in different situations. This Hypershot is definitely NOT for the peloton unless you always ride in the back. Otherwise your friends will hate you. Any of the 7 flash modes will damage your eyes if you look directly at them for a few seconds, so don't be tempted to try it. I advise against buying a cheaper alternative. This light is worth every penny if you value your life.
