I bought a Sense Solar. I first asked my electrician to install the system. We have an old house, so I have a main panel and another side panel next to it. The main panel is crammed with cables, leaving very little space. It took many tries before the ports stayed closed when the panel cover was reattached. The technical support informed me very precisely that the connectors were not closed via email, which they sent within 24 hours. After I placed them correctly, the program works great. Your software is much more informative than the software provided by my solar panel company.
