Holley customer service is the worst

Be careful when you buy a Holley carburetor the service is the worst and they are not behind the problems and bills that come with a defective Holleys product and diagnosis caused by their customer service team. I had problems with my car after installing a Holley 4150 Truck Avenger carburetor. I called Holly and the company emphatically told me that my "new carburetor" problem wasn't with this car, it was with my car. When I billed the local auto shop with a faulty carburetor diagnosis, Holly took no responsibility for paying the bill, although the only reason I went to the shop was because Holly told me my car was faulty. For the avoidance of doubt, attached is an email between myself and a senior support representative ----- Original Message ------ Sent: Thursday 20th November 2014 8:58am To: Holley OrdersSubject: Customer service required > Dear Customer Service, my name is. and I bought an Avenger 4150 truck from Revain about a month ago. After I installed a new carburetor, the car lost power. It wouldn't go faster than 15 or 20 mph because if you give it more gas it will stall. If you press the gas pedal, it stops immediately. I called tech support > and after more than 40 minutes of waiting, someone there told me that > the problem couldn't be the carburetor, it had to be, > there was something wrong with my setup, engine or car. I bought a car from a local garage. The mechanic noticed that the secondary jet on the driver's side was > not spraying fuel as it was on the passenger's side under > heavy acceleration. He concluded that the carburetor received only half the fuel from the secondary circuit as it should. I then called and waited over half an hour to explain the results to your Techline > Technician and they told me to return the Detective > Carb and order a new one. I did it with Revain and by the way they are incredibly nice to work with. It was very easy to >exchange back with them. Anyway, the repair shop billed me for the work that is attached to this letter. They charged me a little over $200 for the time it took to determine that the problem was a faulty carburetor. Documents are attached. Can I get compensation for > this money as it is not normal for me to go out of my pocket for this > dollar amount when I am not responsible for a faulty > carburetor? , which covers labor law claims. Sr. Customer Service Representative. So you are not responsible for what you told me. What bad customer service
