Review on LG 32UL950 W Ultrafine 4K Thunderbolt Monitor 🖥️ with Color Calibration, VESA DisplayHDR™ 600, RADEON FreeSync™, ‎32UL950-W by James Mckeller

I was so excited about this monitor as it has all the features I was looking for (especially for a Mac user). I have a brand new 2019 MacBook Pro and did so much compatibility research before deciding on this monitor. Unfortunately, this monitor only lasted 2 hours. After leaving my office for 30 minutes, I returned to a blank screen and didn't respond to wake up attempts. (I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual/online and even called an IT tech over to my house to try and "wake the monitor up again"). I had no intention of returning this monitor so I collapsed while setting it up and threw away the manufacturer's box it came in. Manufacturer's original packaging. They refused to send me the monitor in the normal shipping box and said I had to have LG repair it. to replace it. Also, every time I email myself, I get a different Adorama representative (even if they're on the same email thread) and it takes them a few days to respond. However, 15 days later, no one at Adorama was able to help me with this refund/replacement. I even offered to buy a new monitor from them and return the faulty one in "factory packaging", but such a decision is not accepted because the serial number does not match. How important is a box with a serial number for a DOA monitor? I find it incredibly amazing that they don't take responsibility for this situation and I'm really very disappointed in my experience. I submitted an "AZ Guarantee Claim" but it can take weeks to process without guarantees. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MONITOR OR SELLER.
