3 shards, best for Christmas
This is a cute set but it had 3 shards when it arrived. The star fell out of the stable and the baby Jesus fled from the manger. Luckily, I was able to fix these issues with hot glue. But there was a chip in the fabric on Mary's head, and not a single piece was found in the box to fix it. If it wasn't so close to Christmas I would have sent it back. I faced Mary the other way when I installed it so the chip wasn't visible. But I was disappointed.
