The included screws suck! Do yourself a favor and discard the screws that came with the guides and purchase 8" x 1/2" pan head sheet metal screws at your local hardware store. I couldn't figure out why I was having such a hard time getting those slides in. Eventually in the last drawer I pulled out a couple of my own screws that I usually use for slides and voila, they went straight in! hard to get started with wood, and 2. the phillips aren't cut squarely by the screws so they wobble horribly when you put your head back in the case and you swear you can get the screw in. uses a drill to install the screws, although I suppose manual installation would be even worse. The splints themselves are good for easy use. Pretty smooth but not a smooth comparison I don't know Are the current Accuride slides as good as the old ones so maybe not a fair comparison. Also, I wouldn't put 100 pounds in those boxes. I think this review is pretty optimistic.
