TotalControl is a web based application designed to provide dealers with a complete view of their customer base.
I was introduced to TotalControl by my dealership management partner when I was approached about managing his new business venture. I was impressed by the technology and functionality of the system, and the attention to detail he provided when implementing the software. He has since added two other partners to the software suite, and is planning to add even more functionality over time. All three dealerships are utilizing the product effectively, and providing excellent service and advice to their customers. This has resulted in increased sales for all three dealerships, and the dealer network has expanded as well. If you're considering adding another dealer, I would strongly recommend talking to Dave, who has been there before and will give you honest feedback about what works, and what doesn't.
- I liked that he went through every step to make sure we were getting the best value from the software package, and that there wasn't any hidden fees.
- There was very little downtime, as we were always connected to the server
- The software does not have any mobile apps at this time, although they said they were coming soon.
- When you purchase additional licenses, the number of seats per license changes.
- The price of the software increases yearly, and the company has a history of increasing prices annually.
