Ordered one because it was solid wood not veneer and the brass fittings looked sturdier than the chrome on my old toilet seat which was coming off. The seat arrived with the cover broken in half and still shrink wrapped. I contacted Max Warehouse the seller and they sent me a replacement. install it Worked great until a week later one of the plastic bumpers fell out because the idiots at the factory just applied pressure and didn't use glue. I'm smart enough to take some wood glue and glue it on, and then just to be sure, take the rest off and glue in place as well. I saved the first broken seat for spare parts. That second seat is looking good so I'll see how it goes.
