I initially bought the smooth as silk shampoo and I used it for 2 weeks. Pro’s: It did not make my head itch like most shampoos. Con’s: Made my hair fall out in CLUMPS, made my scalp greasy and my ends dry, tangled my hair a bit while wet. Returned for refund and purchased the Triple tea tree shampoo and I have been using it for 2 weeks now. Pros: My hair does not fall out at all, cleanses better than my previous shampoo, can go longer in between wash days, no tangles, adds shine but not too much. Cons: none, so far.
