The ability to track all of our receivables as well as payables in one place, it's also very easy for us to see where we can make improvements or enhancements to better serve our customers with more streamlined service.
I like that there are many different ways you can input data into your account such as importing from excel files and manually entering information. Sometimes this isn't ideal if you're looking at certain customer accounts but they do offer add-on modules to help with larger companies. It helps me keep up to date with any changes we need to make to ensure accurate accounting and billing functions occur every single day!
