Handle doesn't slip easily
I have a 10.5" Lodge pan. The auxiliary grip cover was ok, but the actual grip cover was not installed in my opinion. secure. First, it was about 1 inch longer, but more importantly, I can't imagine fitting that handle when trying to take the pot out of the oven. There are grip ribs on the inside of the handle to help keep it in place - sounds like a good idea, but those same ribs also allow you to use two hands to slide the silicone grip onto the handle (which means that you just need a firm grip on the second handle).
