🔴 Red Silicone Handle Holder Sleeve and Assist Handle Combo Pack Review

I appreciated that the other day when I absentmindedly grabbed the wide handle of my cast iron skillet to wiggle it slightly on the stove. I snatched them up quickly, opening the package and putting the wide cap on the handle. My large cast iron skillet doesn't have a long handle, but this lid will come in handy on a small one. I'll keep them handy.

I recently bought a heavy cast iron skillet and it worked great, the only problem was my wife almost burned herself gripping the handle. I immediately looked to Revain and found this silicone combo boxed and ordered, delivery took a little longer than usual (not 2 days). When it arrived she used it along with a heavy frying pan, she is happy so I am happy, very good product!

I bought these to use on my pan when it comes out of the oven because I always forget to put the Handles are hot and touching while I clean up the food and prepare the sauce. The handle holder gets very hot after a few minutes, although the auxiliary handle holder works well for both the pots coming out of the oven and the stove top. I bought these for my 10.5 inch cast iron skillet. The piece that should fit over the handle is shaped in such a way (as you can see in the picture) that it is difficult to put on a hot handle (e.g. when trying to pull it out of the oven) . The component does not want to fit on a wider part, for example a ring that is put on a joint. Also, the silicone isn't thick enough to protect against heat transfer for more than a few seconds. I haven't found a good solution for handle holders for my cast iron pans yet. I thought this set would be perfect, but the frying pan has already melted part of the "extra handle". The one that slides over the handle itself has just enough resistance to make gliding a bit difficult (if you're putting the pan in the oven, for example), but the silicone handle itself gets too hot to hold when you ego only use the pan on the stovetop so in this case I'm not sure if it really helps if I still have…

I have a 10.5" Lodge pan. The auxiliary grip cover was ok, but the actual grip cover was not installed in my opinion. secure. Read reviews that this item should not be left in a cast iron skillet while you are cooking. I'm confused because that's why I bought it. If it's just getting the pan out of the oven that's one thing, but I was expecting something to cover the pan handle while I was cooking. It didn't help.
