Review on TeraFlex 4838130 Adjustable Spare Mounting by Paul Rose

High quality, perfect solution to my spare tire problem. I have 34" tires on Fuel Beast wheels. The wheels are offset and stick out an inch or two. The tire/wheel was two sizes too big for a standard tire mount and hit the bumper. I tried the Smity Built adjustment bracket which increases the tire height but also allows my spare to stick out 3 inches. Since my wheels were offset in addition to the extra 3 inches, the wheel stuck out very far and looked silly! The adjustable bracket allowed me to mount the replacement part high and tight in the tailgate! The installation itself was easy. It's really high quality and a great option if you don't want to spend money on a new bumper with a larger wheel mount. Also bought and installed a brake light extension which works great but the brake light mount is not as rigid as the OEM and will flex when hitting a bump.
