This is a solid, well made, functional product that does what it is supposed to do. I've replaced the flimsy chain link fences I made myself, which always get clogged with debris very quickly. I also replaced another steel guard I bought from Revain about 3 years ago. As you can see from the photo, one was thin and already slightly rusted (probably galvanized steel, not stainless steel). I had to bend the pins inwards a bit, but they fit snugly. It's still easy to remove and insert into the downspout when needed, and you don't have to weigh it down with anything. (I had to put a stone on top of another cheaper one to keep the wind and creatures from moving it). Overall they appear to be very durable and I am happy with the purchase. Made in China.
