I bought these to install under concrete block in an area of the yard where roof runoff was causing some problems, so this may not be the best review for folks considering an office mat. However, the mats are holding up exceptionally well (absolutely no sign of wear or distress). They are not exposed to UV from the Sun (the concrete blocks shield them), but they have been in contact with water and under fairly high outdoor temperatures, with no problems. An odd use, to be sure, but when I need an office chair mat I'll buy one of these again based on how well they've done in my odd application.
