Shaft diameter too big for square drive
The crank puller shank was too large in diameter and had to be ground to avoid hitting the inside of the arm. After grinding it down about 1/8" on all sides, it just fit the square bar and worked well enough to remove the lever. Socket requires 2 people to remove the bottom bracket; one to hold the bushing in place and to hold and the other to apply force to the wrench.
