Exactly what the title says. I bought 2 pairs of 2 ton coasters as new. The photos were taken minutes after removing the coasters from the boxes. If I bought it used I wouldn't give a damn about dents, chips and scratches. But when I buy a product NEW, especially one that keeps a car from falling on my face, I want it to be brand new. If they have already been used, they were probably returned for non-cosmetic reasons. Will ask for a refund and look for different brands. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something of better quality. You probably wanted to buy these to work with the car so you can spend a little more money to guarantee a safer and underused option.
