Cannot install non-original hardware/wiring harness

I can't find anyone to install this, wherever I go they tell me they can't install it. Since there is no aftermarket/equipment compatible with my 2020 Ford Max XLT Expedition, I'm stuck with a Tesla style radio that I can't use.
