This lock sucks
Could not be opened with the coded key and code that came with the kit. I thought I was setting my own combination and neither MY combination nor the package combination opened that lock. The key worked after you wiggled it a few times, but even the key is weak. This lock is safe. But I don't think I'm going to lock anything with this thing because I'm afraid I'll never get inside. Send back. As a MasterLock brand I am VERY disappointed in this purchase. :(
