Review on Osprey Tempest Womens Backpack Medium Sports & Fitness and Boating & Sailing by Steve French

I have several Osprey packs and my old pack is completely dead. I understand the Osprey will repair and replace old packs, but I couldn't in good conscience return it after years of use and abuse so I did did a little research and ordered this little backpack. Unfortunately I can't see the packages in person anywhere near me, so I took a chance and ordered this one. I'm not a tall person (size 10). The chest strap barely clicks into place, and while I don't use it regularly, this lap/thigh strap doesn't even come close to locking! I saved it for a quick and easy work bag as I love the size, but I won't technically be using it anywhere.
